If you are looking for any specific product, please drop us a message! We will do our best to provide you with anything you are looking for.

Refunds Policy:

We do not accept refunds for defects on Funko Pops. Do note that paint job defects are unavoidable.

SHIPPING:
We do our best to select, pack and ship our Pops with great care. 
Please allow 2-3 days after placing the order for us to deliver to
the mail carrier you have selected. All Delivery for In-Stock item may takes 3-5 Woring days. Take Note of Public Holidays for delay shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGES:
We do not accept returns and exchanges

If you receive an item not in the condition advertised please send us photos by e-mail to Contact_BossExclusives@gmail.com All claims must be notified within 5 days of receipt of the product. 

IN-STOCK & PRE-ORDER SHIPPING:
If you order multiple items in one transaction, and it includes a pre-order item,
all items will be shipped once the last pre-order item becomes available.

If you want the in-stock item immediately, please make separate transactions.

CANCELLATIONS
Any cancelled orders after 1 business days will incur a 15% cancellation fee

MYSTERY BOXES
We do our best to offer these with a minimum value guarantee of what you paid for it. We pack these in batches, so you and a friend might get the same type of box. There are no return or exchanges on mystery boxes.
